The Willis Towers Watson’s Global Benefits Attitudes survey reports that employees are increasingly concerned about their finances and that these pressures are affecting employees’ mental, physical and financial health. Feeling low or anxious is normal if you have financial concerns, we want to provide our employees with support to improve their health and wellbeing and to become more financially secure.
