Our Offer to Schools

At Excelsior we want to reach out beyond our own MAT to provide effective, affordable and up to date school improvement support. Using our talented staff across the MAT we can provide the following support. Please contact us for more detail and to identify a bespoke programme of support for your school. 

Oracy development- We can provide support for your school to introduce, implement and embed the use of oracy across the curriculum. 

Maths development- We can provide high quality support on the teaching for mastery in maths along side mastering number, keep up and developing a love of maths. Helen Bowen is an extremely experienced Maths lead who has supported many schools across the country. 

We also have a new Director of English, Hannah Auger, who offers support bespoke to schools' individual needs in reading and writing, using her wealth of experience.

No Outsiders- No Outsiders is a ground breaking resource to help children fully understand the equality act and the protected characteristics therein. Andy Moffat author of the resources can provide staff training and modelled lessons for your staff to ensure they can use the materials effectively. 

Physical Education- James Latham our trust PE lead can support your school to embed a love of PE and physical activity across the school. He can provide you with some excellent resources and provide staff training to help staff understand how important PE is and how they teach it effectively.
