We understand that money worries can be a major life stressor. The Willis Towers Watson’s Global Benefits Attitudes survey reports that employees are increasingly concerned about their finances and that these pressures are affecting employees’ mental, physical and financial health. Feeling low or anxious is normal if you have financial concerns, we want to provide our employees with support to improve their health and wellbeing and to become more financially secure.

Stay connected and active

Keep socialising and keep active. Physical activity is proven to improve your mood. Here are some great tips on getting fit for free. get fit for free  

Face your fears

Facing up to your situation and getting help will make you feel better and less anxious. Try to be proactive and look for where you can find help. 

Keep to your routine

Make sure you are still eating the right foods and getting the right amount of sleep. This will help you feel more in control and able to deal with what ever your situation.
